I-405 South merges with I-5 South
Exit El Toro Road
Turn left onto El Toro Road
Drive for approximately 5 miles
Turn left on to Portola Parkway
Turn left at the first light (which is Saddleback Parkway by Arco Gas Station/ampm)
Go to the left
Office located in front of LA Fitness

From I-5 North, exit El Toro Road
Turn right onto El Toro Road
Drive for approximately 5 miles
Turn left on to Portola Parkway
Turn left at the first light (which is Saddleback Parkway by Arco Gas Station/ampm)
Go to the left

Highway 133 will split to Highway 241 after 6 miles
Take 241 South towards Rancho Santa Margarita
Exit Portola Parkway (NOT Portola-Irvine)
Turn right to Portola Parkway
Turn right at the second light (which is Saddleback Parkway by Arco Gas Station/ampm)
Go to the left

Exit Highway 133 North
Highway 133 will split to Highway 241 after 6 miles
