Originated from Pakistan, and completed her surgical Technology Program at Newbridge College California. Has eight years experience in ortho, neuro, spine, and podiatric surgery.
I am happily married and have been enjoying my 10 plus years in California. I enjoy charity work and spending time with family and friends.
Frances Horan
Registered Nurse
Frances has twenty plus years in critical care experience, specializing in pediatrics. Worked with Dr. Moy for seven years in all areas of the surgery center. Immigrated from England twenty-five years ago.
Married with five grown children and two dogs. Hobbies include gardening, yoga, and cooking. Published many nursing articles and stories. Traveled to many third world countries with Operation Smile doing clef-lip surgeries on children.

Been a surgical technician for over a year. Went to Newbridge College for Surgical Technician. Before working as a tech, Daisy worked with Starbucks Coffee Co. as a construction coordinator.
Bailey Price
Operating Room Technician (ORT)
Graduated from Career Networks Institute in 2008. Attended Cal State East Bay from 2006-07 while playing for the volleyball organization. Attended Northern Arizona University from 2005-06. Has been working as an OR Tech for three years with experience in oral and maxillo facial surgery, plastic surgery, and podiatry.
I am a wife and mom to two boys and enjoy every moment spent with my family! A perfect day for me would start with a run on the beach, followed by time with my boys, ending with a nice dinner and a glass of wine with my husband.

I am currently a CICU RN. I've had experience in the ER. I graduated from UCSD with my Bachelors in Human Development with a minor in Biology. I went to nursing school at San Diego City College. Currently attending school at Cal State Long Beach for my Masters in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Degree.
My hobbies include hiking, cycling, and kayaking. I am a big foodie so I like anything food related.

Brian Smith
Board Certified Anesthesiologist
Brian D. Smith, MD is an Board Certified Anesthesiologist living in South Orange County. Dr Smith attended The University of California, Irvine for his undergraduate studies. He graduated from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia in 1992. Dr Smith then went on to a General Surgery Internship at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville where he subsequently completed an Anesthesiology Residency program in 1996. Dr Smith is currently on staff at Saddleback Medical Center, San Clemente as well as several other outpatient surgery centers.

Over 25 years experience providing anesthesia services on a full-time basis.
Graduated from Kaiser Permanente School of Anesthesia for Nurse Anesthetist in 1984.
Her anesthesia training including rotations thru 7 hospitals. Each hospital specialized/emphasis was differnent-pediatrics, plastics/reconstructive, open heart, neuro, in/outpatient services. During her anesthesia residency she learned a full range of skills in anesthesia.
She obtained a MSN through Long Beach State University. Currently she provides anesthesia services to all age groups and is on staff/grantedprivileges at several centers. She has assisted in over 35 surgericenters successfully obtaining state and federal certifications from IMQ, AAAHC, AAAASF and Medicare.

Worked at Hoag Hospital Oncology from 2005 to 2007, Mission Hospital Emergency Department from 2007 to 2009, Cardiac Intensive Care Unit 2009 to present and Foothill Surgical Center 2007 to present.
Rose works full-time as a critical care nurse at Mission Hospitals, but on her days off, she working in out pre-op/pacv loving the chance of pace and filling the days with her sweetness and humor. Originally from Vietnam, but immigrating as a teenager and forever furthering her education and skills in the medical field. Whenever Rose is around, laughter and professionalism come together to make all of our patients happy to be here.
Keila Gonzales
Front Office Assistant
I love working with people on a daily basis. I especially enjoy watching the patients come in for a consultation then follow them through the surgical process, and see the wonderful results and happy faces post-operatively. Keila is responsible for the fabulous before and after photos patients receive on their surgery day. She also spends many hours verifying insurance and dealing with patients' doctor offices so all paperwork is in order. Keila will greet you with a smile as big as heart and make any surgery day feel like a spa day. Prior to joining our office, Keila's mother had surgery with Dr. Moy with fantastic results.
